  • A: That's a great question. We do have boxes that have both refills and pop tops in it for the Sensitive Wipes. The box of1008 will have both refills and pop tops in it. The box will say if they contain refills in them, and on the picture of the box will have the lid visible for the pop tops. The ones that you can't see the lid will mean it has refills in it too.     I’ve only ever used these and Huggies.. Huggies are too harsh on my baby Pampers wipes are gentle, even on her face they seem to be the best choice Pampers wipes are the closest thing to water wipes which are a lot more expensive.
