A: Seventh generation makes a version without designs, but they are more beige/ off white since they don't use bleach. Babyganics only has a tiny strip of a design at front waist, and would easily be hidden if rolling diapers for cake. I believe earth's best diapers are also without design. But swaddlers have light coloring design around leg holes and front design and small details on back also.
