A: 10 days. Newborns are changed every 2 to 3 hours. Changing them less frequently can lead to diaper rash which is incredibly painful and difficult to treat. It's best to change your newborn baby every 3 hours at first, no matter what. Obviously, if you hear them half a bowel movement, change them immediately. But the pamper spoilers are great and that they have a line that turns blue. If they're wet. You'll want to check the diaper every 3 hours. Often. Newborns are so sleepy. You'll have to wake them up to feed them. So a typical routine can be turning on the lights, changing the diaper which usually wakes most babies and then offering them food. Every 3 hours.
