    Why Is this 3 times the normal price?

    Great licorice but there's no reason to pay these crazy prices. Many things shipped by Swanson seem to be 3 or more times the normal price.

    Have been looking in stores for this for a couple years. I finally searched online and found it here for a good price. I love this licorice! Soft, chewy, and full of flavor. It's my favorite!

    I hate licorice, so this is a sort of 'secondhand' review. My husband loves this. We only buy this brand, the others don't seem to taste 'right.' This one is perfect.

    The Best on the Planet

    So glad you carry these. Used to get them at my organic food store, but suddenly they stopped carrying them when they found a different manufacturer, but with CANE SUGAR!!! Gross.

    It's good that it has only 4 ingredients, but it is weak in the flavor department. Should have at least 3x as much licorice extract as it does. Not as good as the real stuff that I get from Australia. This is a product made for Americans.

    Best licroice but . . .

    Have eaten Panda licorice for years. Probably has more flavor when it's soft and fresh out of package, but I prefer chewy licorice. So I open and second package while eating first. Second toughens almost enough by the time I finish first but still needs greater firmness. I've tried other licorices, some more chewy, but none taste as good as Panda. Just wished it was tougher.
