The Curly Shampoo formula must have changed, for the worst. Been using Pantene Curly Shampoo and Conditioner for years, so this disappointing. Please bring back the shimmery gold Shampoo formula. The newer bottles I purchased have Shampoo that is white and more runny. It does not work as well. Noticed it doesn't lather up as much and my hair feels much different as compared to when I used older formula. I have naturally Curly hair and do not use any hair products or damaging heat styles. Sadly, I'll be looking for a new shampoo and conditioner brand.

After using the Pantene products for many years, this shampoo is a huge disappointment. My hair is naturally curly and wavy; however, the product made the wavy parts straight and the curly parts wavy. The other problem is that I am having to wash my hair every other day - waxy residue is present without the use of style products or conditioners.

I can’t see that her curl’s look any different after using the shampoo but her hair is squeaky clean and so soft. The price is very affordable. I would recommend trying!!

Alone, this left my hair so sticky that I couldn’t get a comb through it and when I tried I noticed I ‘shed’ way more than normal! I would not purchase and definitely couldn’t use without conditioner.

I had to use my clarifying shampoo first then this one. The scent was great but my scalp was oily faster than normal. Wouldn't recommend for oily hair like mine.

As a curly girl, I make sure to check the ingredients when hair product shopping, and I was saddened to see the ingredients for the shampoo-lots of sulfates and silicones. I put my fears aside to give it a fair shot, and while it didn’t make my hair feel bad, it also didn’t do anything for my 2c hair. I don’t mind paying for good hair care, so this isn’t something I’d purchase again.

I have finally gotten my hair to a good place and don't want to hurt it by using this product. it might work for some, and be great for a certain type of hair, but I don't want to try it on mine

You may not be using enough shampoo. If you don’t wash your hair every day, the shampoo may not lather well at first. To get more lather, shampoo the hair again after rinsing. Hard water causes there to be less lather.

I have wavy hair and it leaves my hair soft with a bounce. I have been using the shampoo and the curl perfection conditioner together. I typically don't use a lot of products to style my hair but I only use the ouai oil at the ends and my natural waves look good.
