The first few days I had some rashes, ot sure if it is from this supplemet or from something else but I noticed it started around the the time I started this supplement. The has no taste so it’s very easy to take it. The packaging is great tok when it arrived, it’s secured and the labels can be easily read. It’s a good buy overall.
