Make everybody happy.
Easy to assemble, check the parts list, read the direction and have a good screwdriver. As soon as the cat learned the food was on the second floor and the bed was on the first there was no getting her out of there. We love it, she loves it, what else can I say.

Great investment!
I love this house. It does take 2 sets of hands to assemble but it was not difficult. My outdoor kitties started using it within 2 days. Make sure to use straw for the bedding. (not hay)

Very cool and pretty
I love this cat house. Unfortunately, I bought it for 3 semi-ferrel cate outside to keep them warm with a warming blanket. I didn't realize that they wouldn't want to be in an enclosed space. So they sleep in front of it. If I brought it inside, This is not a seller issue, this cate house is absolutely gorgeous and was semi-easy to put together.

Nice house, but a bit small
We found that the house was well made for the price and very easy to put together. The parts all fit as designed. However, it is a little small for our outdoor cats. Better for kittens or small cats. Our cats are about 11 pounds, and still too big for the house.

We live in Minnesota wanted to make sure he had somewhere warm and safe for the winter. He is thrilled with it. "Max's Mansion". We put a big washable fluffy bed on the bottom entry level. And a padded blanket on the top level. We did worry whether he would go in. After viewing the first time he had a furniture van backed up to it within half an hour!!

Perfect size
It's perfect size for our outside cat. She eats on the top floor and has a small warm dog bed on the bottom that she sleeps on. So far it seems weatherproof.

Upscale kitty condo is definitely worth the price!!
Loved this kitty condo! My outside Kitty just had kittens and I was trying to find a large structure to keep the kittens (and mama) out of the elements. Our kitties are outside kitties, but they are very spoiled kitties. This house was a bit difficult to assemble just because there were a lot of pieces. But honestly assembly and Instructions were pretty straightforward. The materials are a bit flimsy, but for holding kitties, it's perfect. It's very weatherproof and keeps the kitties entertained, crawling in and out of the various doors and levels. Overall I'm very satisfied with this product! 9/10 would recommend!

Easy to Assemble and my cats love it.
My cats love hiding in it. Dog will sleep on the bottom at times and poke his head out. My large cat broke the balconies but jumping up on them. Repaired with shelf brackets and 1/2 treated and painted plywood. Still worth the money since they love having a place to hide outside and sleep.
