I have owned chickens for 6 years. My husband built a coop for our standards but recently our 2 bantams started to get picked on by a larger bird trying to assert dominance. Purchased this in November as a reasonable solution to separate bantams. It is very cheaply made. Leaks into nest box. Wood has already cracked and warped. Nest box wood cover has fallen apart. Junk.
Everything looks good.

Chicken hutch was perfect for my suburbia chickens. It held two adult sized chickens with no problem and you can close them in at night which is helpful!
Super pleased!

I love this little coop!!! I purchased it as an outdoor hatching area for my Silkie Bantams and it's been wonderful so far. It's a sturdy little coop with tons of access doors. I painted this little coop (and added a sign) to match my larger main coop. Very happy with my purchase so far!

Bought this hut for my two bunnies to have a play area outside, and I'm super pleased with it.? It's spacious enough for both of them, provides a play area underneath, and a more secluded area on the top.
Nice Wood!

Opened the box and it smelled of cedar wood. I was surprised. Yes, this is too fine to put outside with the chickens. I started to put it together, but realized it would be better to protect from the elements if I coated it first. I like that it is raw wood. I was going to use some water seal on it and then decided I didn't want to mess around with toxic chemicals like that. Instead I am using food grade Tung Oil. So far I think it is a good value.

Lots of operability that permits ease of use. The wood frame is thin and was damaged when it arrived. We epoxied the broken pieces so that we could use it. Some wood has begun to warp, but we have had several rain events with a large quantity of driving rain. I am not optimistic it will last as long as out previous hutch, but we will take steps such as sealing the wood and putting it on paver blocks so the wood is not in touch with the ground to try to extend it's useful life.
Absolute RIP OFF

This green house arrived in two boxes much quicker than expected but that is the only good thing to come of this purchase. After the first rain we lost an entire panel. The window does not line up or close securely. The corner after a second rain storm broke the entire corner. It does not stake into the ground. It is not sturdy, pieces came broken and bent. Cheap panels do not align with the frame even after super glue.

Was easy to put together and was what we expected. We did take one of the locks and place it on the top where it does not latch incase we had an intruder.

I think 2 or 3 chickens would be happy in this coup. It's smaller than I expected, but I like the design and it was easy to assemble

One latch broke before I even before I got the chickens in. Raccoons managed to bend another latch on the 2nd night but so far haven’t gotten to the chickens. It’s very small and can’t imagine more than 3 chickens in it. On the 2nd day I began building an addition.

Cheap quality. I've bought multiple coops. They begin to fall apart in less than 1 week.

Think of this as a great start to your coop but you will need to do a fair amount of work to reinforce. We added hardware cloth to all sides and built a base with hardware cloth buried underneath. Also added locks to all doors and reinforced nesting box specifically. Haven't left our girls out in it overnight but they are happy in the day. And I feel that they are safe from raccoons, our Jack Russells and neighborhood cats.

Even though the directions are very lacking the coop was really easy to build. Made a couple of modifications like extra latches, painted for durability and a rubber sheeting over the nesting box for extra rain protection. Also built it on chicken wire so pesky critters can't come up from underneath and chicken can't scratch big holes. Worth the price and the little additions. My hens are happy too!!

I received the coop less than 48 hours after placing the order. Instructions were rather abrevidated, but it was not hard to figure out the assembly. I have it in my garage to put my hens in during winter days when temps fall below zero, no frozen water, no frigid trips to the barn. I will probably use it in the summer too when temps get over 100 outside. I have 5 full size hens in it, a little crowded for 5 but serves my purpose for times of extreme weather. I am glad I chose the 75 inch coop, the house is a good size and there are a few options for enlarging the pen.

As many others have said, the biggest downfall was putting this thing together! The instructions for 2 boxes of pieces were on a single piece of paper that was only simple pictures, no actual instructions. But alas, I prevailed on my own in a couple of hours and now have a cute little coop for my brood. It's pretty small and cheaply made, but with a little weatherproofing and a few adjustments, my chickens and myself are pleased.
