This chalk sign set includes 2 chalkboard signs, the perfect size for your little one to hold in pictures! Each chalk sign is printed with fun and bright red, blue, green, and yellow colored lettering "my first day of" on one, and "my last day of" on the other. The chalk signs are completely customizable and erasable to reuse every year. Use the white and yellow chalk included to customize. Fill in your little pearhead's grade, age, and the date. A: Hello, You can use any chalk. However, it is not recommended to use chalk markers. It is also recommended to wipe clean after each use with a damp cloth.

Do not use chalk markers!!! I’m assuming it’s not real chalk board but maybe just painted black on wood that It does not erase at ALL!! Can’t even return it now it’s too late to return

The board is so cute and very bright and showed up nicely in pictures. Easy to write on and wipes off easily and can fix mistakes with no issues! Highly recommend! Kids had so much fun too!

I'm not a fan of the products that contain a little too much information (teacher's name, child's name, their favorite food/animal, etc.) simply because I don't like putting too much I formation out of the picture is posted, so this product was perfect for me. I did swap the chalk for a chalk marker for a cleaner look on the writing, but other than that, loved it and would recommend to a friend.

It included both white and yellow chalk and was really easy to use. I just wiped it off when I was done and it's ready to use for next time. There are 2 signs - 1 for the first day and 1 for the last day. I would definitely recommend buying this product to anyone with children!

Value for the price was great. My only complaint is that I ordered 2 for our twins to each have one and the texture on one was messed up and the chalk didn't show up right. Target did send a replacement. very cute.
