Pearhead School Years File Keeper, Briefcase Document Organizer 9.25 X 12.85"

I have 3 of these for 3 of my 5 kids so far! I am enjoying how functional it is! If you don’t take the folders out and just put your papers in either in front of the school year or after it works out well! No real need to have directions just kinda need to figure it out! Will be purchasing 2 more for now!

The concept is great. But the folders don’t fit back in properly by themselves when you try to put them back in. There is absolutely no way to store papers in it either because it will not fit back into the container.

If you are looking for a way to keep essential documents and keepsakes from your child then the Pearhead School Years File Keeper is a perfect way to do so. This file keeper is one nice neat package with everything you need. It is very nicely designed and made of durable material to last from K through 12h grade. The folders are coated to give them more durability and last longer. I especially like that I can add my child's picture to the front. It comes with 14 prelabeled folders, safety information card, and has a snap closure to keep everything secure. I would recommend the Pearhead School Years File Keeper to anyone with school-age children.

I do love this it is sleek, it’s organized and it’s relabeled. I love that the colors of the folders alternate and it holds everything securely. One of the things that I really wish is that it had a memory section on the back of the “folder” to remember things like teacher, job, color, etc. I can glue or tack a picture to each year if I wanted to but it is a good thing to keep doctor records and shot history. Overall it’s something I am enjoying putting together.

This product is not as I expected. I was looking for an organizer, this has specific spaces for specific "memories". It is nice and seems sturdy, but isnt really multi-functional.

I love how this is keeping us organized with my daughters kindergarten info. I'm easily able to fit important school documents as well as some of the artwork she has already been bringing home. I like that there is a space in the front to include a photo so I can keep a folder for each child separate. I'm not huge on having tons of different papers hanging up around the house so is an easy way to stay organized and the kids can go through and find what they want as well.

If you're looking for a great way to organize your child's school work, grades, and awards the Pearhead photo and album folder set is perfect. It's made so everything sits neatly into an accordion file style system, with a built in sturdy carrying handle, lock, and photo space. I like that I have the chance to use a photo of my daughter instead of just labeling it with her name. It makes it more personal and my daughter feels more special seeing her photo there. Everything is well made and sturdy. It also comes with a few emergency cards you can fill out which is a nice perk since during emergencies our minds don't always function as they should. This way all the important information you would need is right there in front of you. The folders are primary colors which I love and theyre well made. Glossy and sturdy so they wont bend easily. Each school year has it's own designated folder. From preschool to 12th grade plus one to hold all awards earned. This is going to be an amazing way to keep my daughter's school work organized and it'll make for a cute gift once she graduates high school.

This is perfect for my daughter's homeschooling portfolio. I will be buying another one for my son. You can put your student's photo right on the front. It holds everything I need for her for the whole year. I love this!

So I think this is such a great idea. I love how you can keep certain paperwork and art throughout the years for your child. Now that I have this one I’ll definitely have to get one for my daughter. The folders are very nice. They are sturdy , brightly colored, and labeled with each grade. The safety cards that come with it are a nice idea but it might have been nicer if they were on each folder. Definitely will need to make copies so I can update as needed each year. I wish it had a picture frame that held the kids school pictures but I can totally make one and add it in. It’s definitely a nice starting point for collecting memories. It’s also nice and compact way of organizing everything. Really excited about this item and can’t wait to keep up with their school memories.
