My dog used to eat the dry dog food two years ago and he ate it for years and he was having seizures randomly and we never thought anything of it. He has been eating purina one instead for the last two years and recently we bought him these wet dog food cans and his seizures came back. Stopped feeding him the food and he hasn’t had once since. His vet has heard of this with pedigree food as well. So just buyer beware.

This is the 3rd of 4th time I've made this purchase and I always...i mean always have dented cans inside the package. One was dented so bad that it actually pushed the pot top up. Ironically you can't see the dents until you open the packages and they dents are often on the inside cans. I am going to start checking when they arrive and return the ones that are damaged inistead of throwing them away.

The only downside I can see is that it is sometimes extremely hard to locate in stores so there must be a lot of dogs that love this stuff! Some of the dented cans were in the middle of the package, so it's obvious this didn't happen during shipping and they came from the manufacturer like this. This is honestly pretty disappointing and goes to show they don't care about quality. Just becuase it's for a dog and not a human, doesn't mean I don't care about quality. It may be time for me to switch to a different brand.
