I enjoyed the earthy tones I found in the coffee. I also felt like I could taste a chocolatey flavor in the roast. It’s rich and warm. It’s significantly a good base for my lattes or any sweetened, milky coffee drink. I definitely recommend the Peet’s brand.

I found this roast to be disappointingly bland. I use a Chemex / drip daily, and have been very happy with blends such as Brazil & Sumatra, but thought I'd try something different.

The flavor was bold and smooth, definitely high quality, but the recommended measurements made it way too strong for me. I had to play around with it to find the right balance. The aroma is rich and inviting, a nice wake-up in the morning. Packaging design is clean and functional, easy to store and reseal. As for the brewing process, it’s pretty simple and straightforward, but just be ready to tweak it based on your taste. If you like strong coffee, this is pretty good and doesn’t leave an acidic aftertaste.

It has a smooth flavor with hints of chocolate and a little nuttiness, and there’s a subtle fruity note that makes it feel a bit more interesting than your average grocery store coffee. It’s not too acidic and doesn’t leave a bitter aftertaste, which I appreciate. Worked well in my drip machine and French press. The grind is nice and even. It comes in a small bag so it stays fresh and doesn’t go stale too fast. Not the boldest coffee I’ve had, but definitely easy to drink and good for everyday use. Worth trying if you like mellow coffee with a little flavor twist.

Peet’s is a great responsibly sourced brand and this “Off The Grid” variety from the Bright Collection did not let me down. It smells great as soon as you open the package. I've never been disappointed by any variety of @peetscoffee I've tried, so when @influenster gave me the opportunity to try this one, I jumped at it. So many coffee brands I've tried in the past haven’t had much flavor, I tend to taste the creamer I use more. But this one specifically- Y'ALL!! It has this lovely nutty and rich flavor to it. Because I like the flavor, I actually end up using way less creamer. So that's a win-win. Anyway, if you're looking for a new coffee to add into your rotation, check out this one!

When brewed, it is rich and has a butterscotch flavor (slightly). You don’t need a lot of sugar with it. This is a great coffee to have with a savory breakfast, in my opinion.
