Directions

Tips for Managing Heartburn: Do not lie flat or bend over after eating. Do not wear tight-fitting clothing around the stomach. Do not eat before bedtime. Raise the head of your bed. Avoid heartburn-causing foods such as rich, spicy, fatty or fried foods, chocolate, caffeine, alcohol, and certain fruits and vegetables. Eat slowly and avoid big meals. If overweight, lose weight. Quit smoking.

Adults and Children 12 Years and Over:

Do not swallow tablet whole: chew completely. To relieve symptoms, chew 1 tablet before swallowing. Do not use more than 2 chewable tablets in 24 hours.

Effective product

I read about Omeprazole and found out that it destroys a chemical in the brain that assists memory. If one continues to use this, Alzheimer's disease does, in fact, develop by causing the plaques. I began using these chewable tabs, not knowing if they would be as effective for acid reflux as the ones containing Omeprazole. I was surprised. One chewable worked very well, and right away. I will use this from now on, and won't be afraid something terrible will occur.

Tropical Fruit flavor is not good.

I have always liked and bought Pepcid Complete, but I made a major mistake and this time bought the horrible tasting Tropical Fruit flavor. As costly as this product is, I ended up throwing away over 40 of the 50 tablets because of the taste.

Fast relief for heartburn

I have tried Pepsid complete when I have heartburn after heavy meals and it has worked very well for me. The relief comes quite quickly and the burning sensation in the stomach decreases in a few minutes. The tablets are easy to take. And the flavor is not unpleasant the packaging. It is practical to have at home. Or take it in the bag? In my experience it is a good option to control occasional heartburn

Night time relief

These pepcid chewable tablets help calm my acid issues quickly when I have a flare up at night. I keep them at my bedside in case me or my husband wakes up in the middle of the night with issues. They don't have a bad taste and easy to chew up. I'd recommend for quick night relief.

It works but All the Dye is Concerning

I have been using this for many years. The dyes in the product is concerning. I wish it did not have any dye at all. I use the berry flavor but I don't need it to be pink.

Instant Relief

You have a good product but why do you need to put toxic dyes in it?? Who cares what color the pill is, we just want relief not all the side effects that come with chemical dyes! Please stop adding them!!!

Is the tropical fruit one discontinued?

Excellent product, except all local stores stopped carrying the tropical fruit flavor, which us the only one I can use. The other two upset my stomach, regrettably. Is the tropical fruit discontinued?

WORK REALLY QUICK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really impressed with the way this Pepcid complete Berry taste but also helps to relieve and stop heartburn almost immediately. I really like the fact that it comes in easy to take chewable tablet the first taste good but also is not chalky and doesn't have an aftertaste. I suffer from heartburn indigestion and found that some medicines only treat the symptoms for a short period of time but this one actually works great help control and stop symptoms throughout your day. I would definitely recommend it because of the fact that it works really well to help stop heartburn but also last long time to help prevent the symptoms from coming back
