Looks like the cutting machine went wrong because they were not cut in the center but on the very edge. I tried to save them and re-cut, but then they just fell apart when I put in the hot dog in. I only bought these because kids thought they would be easier to eat if center cut…

Split top for the win!
I first bought these on a beach trip years ago as one of our meals was grilled hot dogs. These have been our go-to buns ever since. The split top makes it so easy to serve with chili without it spilling out every where. They taste really good, but even better when you throw them on the grill for a few minutes. The Hawaiian version is really tasty too.

Why they cut them like that?
The taste of the buns was amazing but it was very inconvenient that they were sliced in a completely wrong way. If they weren’t cut like that I would have enjoyed them more because the toppings kept falling out and made a mess for everybody. I would get these again but will have to double check that they don’t turn out like this again.
