Quench the pukies!
B-vitamins always makes me nauseous, but they do a body good. If I pop one of these first then no nausea. None. Zippo. Zilch. Nada. Nothin'. Squelch. Squirch. Nicht, Nien. Nyet. None. If I forget, and feel the nausea coming on, I bite into one and within 10 seconds ... all nausea is gone. Hasta la vista. Das Verdana. Tschüss. Later's. Know what I mean? Plus, in a pinch without a breathmint ... bite into this ... wow! Works like a million $, and what a way to wake up. Can't wake up in the morning? Put one of this one your night-stand (plus then your honey will want to kiss you afterwards).

Works Every Time
Whenever I get a stomach ache due to eating a food or additive to which I'm sensitive, one gel does the trick: ache gone! I like the added ginger and fennel. Very effective.

It works
The price, is not so bad either. I take one, at least one hour before I eat, once or twice daily. I found it works even better when taken with plain ole acidophilus.
