Gentle and effective
I actually like the cleansing oil better but Ulta stopped carrying it. This is a nice alternative but not as effective on mascara as the oil.

Very nice face cleaner. No residue left behind. Does not dry my skin out. A bit disappointed bottle went from 8.5 Oz to 6.7 and now has a pump. Price per oz increases, and if you're not careful with the pump, you'll use way to much product. Little goes a long way

Love the product, bummed about the new bottle
I swear by this cleanser. It cleanses as deeply as the OG, Neutrogena orange cleanser. BUT it doesn't dry my skin out as much. I waited and waited for it to be back in stock after being sold out here for about a month. Turns out the packaging was changing and now the bottle is about 4oz smaller. It is slightly cheaper, and the addition of the pump is nice. But note that when you use the pump it gives you way too much product. You do not need to use the huge amount that comes out with 1 full pump. You need less than half of what it gives. So be careful not to waste it!

Fake product - I’ve been using this for a year and always purchase at ulta. Ulta was sold out so I bought two from Target. Targets version is watered down and smells completely different. I started breaking out again as well. Had to trash $80 worth of face wash and thankfully ulta restocked. We have noticed the same thing with Tree Hut. Targets versions are watered down and crap compared to the ulta versions

I regret buying this
I have heard nothing but positive things about this brand. I took the chance after a sales associate recommended this, saying she loves it. Three days after using it, my face has broken into a rash with extreme dryness. Will be returning immediately

The first time I used it, my face felt so smooth. I couldn't believe it. I always use philosophy face wash and feel like it's a great brand. It does sting if I get it in my eyes but that's to be expected.

NOT FOR SENSITIVE SKIN AT ALL!
I bought this cleanser for my mature skin. I like the brand however, this particular cleanser, it's overpriced and it irritated my skin so much I broke out in a rash, all over my face. I thought maybe I'll give it a few more days and it will go away. NOPE! I kept getting more white pimples. It was so bad I was embarrassed to go to work. I ended up throwing the bottle away. 😞
