PetSafe Natural Non-Clumping ScoopFree Premium Natural Cat Litter - 8lbs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The odor control on this is out of this world. One of my cats was very hesitant to use it, but the other two really enjoyed it absolutely no dust or tracking. I think I’m gonna continue to use it at least one of my boxes.

This litter is extremely dusty. There are white paw prints outside the litter box. Since the litter doesn’t clump, one of my cats decided to dig a hole in a corner of the litter box on the bare plastic and not cover it up. The room stunk so I covered the pee, but any movement of the litter, causes a cloud of dust you can almost taste it. Scooping the poo is easy, the pee just dries up in the pebbles. This litter reminds me a bit of Pretty Litter (which is awful as well) Will not be purchasing this litter again, I’m going to toss it and replace it. I cannot have my cats and my husband and I breathe on this pollutant.

Does not hold odors well. Started stinking after 1 week. Was supposed to last 2 months!?

Less mess but smelly. This does not cover up or minimize the urine ammonia odor. While ithe clay tracks less that's all it does. I'll be going back to the lavender crystal litter.

I have bought the crystal kitty litter from this brand and ended up buying the natural Cat litter white clay style because the PetSmart I was at only had one of the blue crystals and I saw the natural white clay bag at a similar price. I might as well have flushed a twenty dollar bill down the toilet, because it's 3 days later after using the clay type and the odor from my two cats using it horrendous. It was so bad I thought my cats were peeing in my room and not in the litter box. I will going to the petshop and buy the crystal cat litter again. After 3 days of use it smells like traditional cat litter that's been unattended to for over week. It's BAD BAD. I'm flabbergasted, because the crystal style litter was completely fine and I would by it again.

I’ve tried every type, every brand of litter and had the same results: dusty, leaving a film on every surrounding surface. (Even with a hooded litter box). And the scooping only made it worse. I vowed to never have cats again if I couldn’t find a better solution. I gave it one more try and spent the extra money to try Petsafe Scoopfree. Well…..It was a game changer!!! There is no lingering dust all over surfaces, there is honestly no tracking! (still don’t know how most other litters can claim dust free when it’s absolutely false) Petsafe IS DUSTFREE (initially pouring into the box there’s very little , but none from use.) And not having to scoop and transfer the litter/pee/poop to a bag or bin daily is wonderful!!! Thank you PETSAFE for a great, safe and innovative product ! I do wish it was a little less expensive. But all in all I’d give this 6 stars if I could! I am happy to say I will continue to be a cat mom 🐈

My cat has been loving this litter! I've been wanting to try a natural litter and I love that this one is natural and free of chemicals, additives, fragrances, and dyes! My cat took to it immediately and hopped right into the litter box to use it. It absorbs his pee nicely and blocks the odors really well, and it seems like the litter is lasting longer than our previous litter!

I especially like having this option for our youngest fosters who require a natural and completely chemical free option. (Since they could potentially put it in their mouth.) It was also less messy than some of the other natural litters we have tried in the rescue. (Walnut based, corn based, wood shaving based) I also liked that it absorbed the urine so there was less to clean. I haven’t had mine long enough to say if it remains odor free for weeks or not, but it has remained odor free for 10 days. (Sponsored review)

My kitties love this, and I love that it's chemical free! It's also lightweight and lasts a long time. I really like that it's made with diatomaceous earth, so I don't feel bad about my kitties stepping in chemicals and toxic ingredient. Only con I noticed is my kitties track it a little bit, which I only notice because we live in a small space. Definitely recommend!

I received a bag as a sample for my cats to try. I put it in a separate box and they really like it. It lasts a long time too. No smells. It is a little dusty but not bad. I will be buying this in the near future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I STRONGLY disliked this cat litter! My cats still used it but as the owner this was not my cup of tea. It also has claims on the bag that the 8lb bag equals 40lbs of clumping clay litter….. I don’t understand that math one bit… it would take multiple 8lb bags to fill the bottom of my jumbo size litter box.

We received this litter for free and man did we really put it to the test in our four cat household. What impressed me was how much it absorbed and so quickly- which is huge for us. Also the odor control - amazing!

I was able to receive a free product of the "Natural Cay Litter." I love using non clumping litter. I have tried mostly every kind of non clumping litter, so I was pretty excited to try this one since it resembles the non clumping litter I use now. I figure it would be an easy transition, if my babies liked it. First, there was a HUGE cloud of dust when I poured it in the litterbox. I've never seen so much dust. I also poured it slowly, but the dust was like...nah. POOF! Secondly, it tracksssssssss. I have 5 litterboxes and 2 of them with half of my usual litter and half of PetSafe litter. I've been keeping track of the litterboxes with PetSafe litter in it. I noticed that the 2 litterboxes that have PetSafe litter has increased bits of litter all on the ground, even with the usage of litter mats. Thirdly, if you have a multi- cat house, just say no to this litter. I used this litter in a litterbox that gets a lot of action, ha. I wanted to see how it would hold up. It has been one day, and it smells. My full litterbox of my usual litter never smelled like the PetSafe litter after just one day. And there's only half of it in the litterbox! I can safely say: no, PetSafe Natural Litter does not have 'superior odor control.' I should probably mention that I scoop twice a day.

I usually use clumping litter so the non-clumping was a bit of an adjustment for me but I think it'll be really useful if I ever go out of town, her poo can get scooped and it is so so absorbent honestly. The odor control was really great as well! My one concern is that it's pretty dusty when you first pour it out. I'd recommend pouring it outside if you can to avoid getting dust in your house but otherwise I loved it!

So happy I found this, it’s the best I’ve used. It doesn’t make my house smell like cats, and as a professional house cleaner, I appreciate that!

My cat Sweetie loves pawing at this litter and best of all, it masks odors really well. Lasts forever and what I love most is that it doesn't have a strong fragranced odor

I love that this litter is chemical free and my cat loves the odor control. WAY cheaper than the other brands with so much more added benefits. Multiple cat home and this littler last longer than expected. BRAVO!

I’m a multi-cat household and finding GOOD litter that doesn’t stink is very hard. But when I started using this PetSafe litter, I know this was going to be our forever litter. It’s amazing, no odor and minimal tracking. It’s amazing. I highly recommend it!
