Last year we bought the no name $9.99 headphones and they lasted the entire school year! Just taking these out of the box I can tell they will not survive half of the year. These are $25 and the part that touches the child's ear is a hard foam. Even though they are adjustable, there is a good two inches between my boys head and the band. They are awkward to adjust as they are a very hard plastic. Sound is as good as it can be, I guess but I'm more concerned about comfort as they are used frequently for school. The box was thrown away accidentally, otherwise I would be making a return.

These are very cheaply made. I thought because of the brand and the price point that they might be a step up from other brands of headphones we have purchased in the past, that was incorrect. I doubt that these even make it halfway through the school year. I do not recommend buying these for your child as they seem VERY easily breakable. Disappointed with the lack of quality from Philips.

I like the bright color. It’s not overly child-ish, but still fun. Sound is decent through them, but not contained (but I knew to expect that). I did expect the quality to be a little nicer, though. The foam on the ear pieces feels like it might fall apart or rip easily at any point. And the plastic the headphones are constructed out of also feels pretty cheap. I don’t feel like these will be a long lasting pair of headphones and wish I had put the money I spent on them toward a nicer pair that will last longer. I don’t feel that these are worth the price you pay. And I wouldn’t buy them again.

I’m returning these. I purchased these for my kindergartener to use during class and on trips. They are lightweight, yes, but flimsy and feel cheaply made. The main reason for returning: there are no volume adjustment buttons and the set volume is too loud for my child.
