High waisted?

Not sure if these are supposed to be high waisted but they definitely are, at least on my 55 frame. They are lightweight and comfortable, but were ultimately not a great fit.

Interesting fit

I like the style but the fit seemed a little snug around the hips. Not going to return them but good for running errands.
