Q: Also, the drawer seems lopsided. I’ve checked several times that it is on the track but I have to lift the left side to maneuver it into place. Could this be an installation error, or a defect?

Q: I just put this together and the 5th wheel does not touch the ground. It seems like the other 4 wheels are not fully in but they don’t seem to be able to be screwed in or pushed in further.

Q: Does this item have an anti-tip mechanism when the file drawer is open?

A: This unit has a 5th castor, that goes on the bottom of the file cabinet to help prevent the unit from tipping over when the drawer is fully opened.

Q: How tall is the shelf between the filing drawer and the tabletop drawer? I'm trying to fit a printer on that shelf and put a laptop on the top surface, and I'm not sure it will fit. Thanks!

Here is a case of a product that could be rated good but assembly instructions can make a difference. The instructions are poor and because if that it may take extra time to figure out or redo.

My husband and 19 year old son put this together this a.m. It took about one hour and forty - five minutes. It was not the most difficult item to assemble but it does take time. The file draw is slightly uneven. The left side has a half a cm opening when completely closed. I found this color is difficult to find for this price. It matches almost exactly with the 5 piece home office set I purchased 8 years ago from another vendor. I am basically satisfied and will keep it.
