The only thing I’m concerned with is the use of titanium dioxide for color.Please Piping Rock, consider removing this from the product. Why is titanium dioxide banned in food in Europe? The EU food ban follows a study into the toxicity of titanium dioxide nanoparticles. While the study did not identify an immediate health concern linked to titanium dioxide it concluded that it could no longer be considered safe in food.Nov 10, 2022

I love that I can get my coconut oil in an easy to swallow pill. Coconut oil is very great for you! it has many things that its good for. There are 10 great reason to eat and cook with it. I've been taking it for 25 years.

I have only been taking 1 tablet in the morning for my hair. I also use coconut oil (the actual oil) as a lotion for my face, and even use it in my hair, I use it on the dog's coat and also on my horse's coat! Makes them soft and shiny! So I decided to buy the tablets and take them as well. My hair does feel softer since I've been taking the tablets.
