It was fairly straight forward to assemble, however it would have been helpful to have a picture, because the bottom piece doesn't easily fold down. Overall great quality.

I have put a heavier bag on it and it held perfectly. Best thing is I can pack it when I go on vacation and use it in my room when the hotel doesn't have one.

I think its very sturdy, the shoe rack at the bottom is fantasic and it can be used for a variety of things not just luggage. The one thing that i think it could use to improve it is myve 2 more straps on the top as 4 just are not enough for the width of this.

I found the shoe rack was split where the screw attached. It almost seemed like it was overtightened at the factory. Tried to glue the splintered piece back in place but the screw site was too stressful to hold. Quality is poor but it is an attractive piece

Would have no problem setting a big heavy suitcase on it, if you want to use it for its intended use. I plan to use it to hold laundry baskets to bring the up to working level in my house. Folds up easily & takes up minimal space when folded.
