Q: Do these scratch if you use a steak knife on them?

A: Jill - We really appreciate your interest in this item , Dinner plates made of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) can potentially scratch if a steak knife is used on them. The amount of force used when cutting on the plate can influence the likelihood of scratches. Greater force will increase the risk. I hope this helps. - Kate

The plates themselves are great but the color is completely different than the picture. They are a pink tinged plate with pink dots. I wanted more of a cream, like pictured, and sadly had to return.

I bought the dinner plates and dinner bowls. Love them! They look so nice, hard to tell they are plastic until you pick them up. Melamine is cute but I needed something microwaveable, and these fit the bill. Please add a salad plate version!

I ordered online and even though the listing says it's a pack of 4 plates, I only received one. Target of course will make this right for me, but I'm still not sure if the listing is wrong or if I received the wrong quantity

I saw the reviews saying the white had tones of pink in it, but based on their photos assumed it was pretty subtle. I just received the plates and the pinkis definitely PINK leaning toward magenta and gives an overall sahde of pink to the plates from a distance and a magenta speckled terrazzo vibe close up. Not a fan, but the brown color is sold out so I will probably just keep them since they are a nice weight and thickness.

Worst plates every. They stain with the food you put on it (if you eat tomato sauce or anything with turmeric, don’t bother). Even just after ONE USE. Too much work to return at this point.

The plates were perfect for everyday, simple lunches and dinners. The size fit well in our cabinets with our other plates too. I’ve had them for about a month and they don’t seem to have any wear or scratches on them.

Nice size and quality for inexpensive plastic plates, but the "red" plates are totally pink. I thought from the photos they'd be sort of terracotta, but they're way more pastel. Maybe brownish-pink

I really enjoyed these plates; however, they are not white. They are kind of pink tinted. Other than that, I loved the plates! Durable, did not warp on dishwasher or microwave. I received this product in exchange for an honest review.

These plates are great quality and style. They are a high quality plastic which makes them super functional for everyday use for kids and adults. Also, dishwasher safe which is a must in our household! Would definitely buy again!

These are awesome. I love the color and the shape. They are obviously circles but they have a slight creative shape to them. The color is cream but it has some texture to it. They are also hard enough so that they don't scratch when you use a knife on them. Awesome in-between plate for when you don't want to use the fancy dinnerware, and when you don't want to use the paper plates. Highly recommend!
