Wrong item received
Buyer beware: you may received a "Ninetales" deluxe battle deck. I received the wrong item when I purchased this item, which is clearly labeled as "Zapdos". I have since fought with customer service for over a month to have it refunded. It took multiple conversations with their online customer service chat as well as emails for them to finally relent and provide a return shipping label. The item was confirmed delivered by UPS over 3 weeks ago and yet still no refund. I can't understand why I couldn't just walk into the store to return it instead of having to ship it via UPS. I reached out to customer service AGAIN about the refund, only to be told to wait 1-2 business days. I fully expect for the 1-2 business days to transpire and still receive nothing. If you want this Zapdos deck in particular, order it from a different retailer or go to your nearest LCS.
