Rick Sarre is Associate Professor of Law and Criminology at the School of International Business, University of South Australia. Dilip K. Das, Professor of Sociology and Criminal Justice at the State University of New York, Plattsburgh, also serves as President of the International Police Executive Symposium and Editor-in-Chief of Police Practice and Research: An International Journal.
