I loved this pop socket, however I wished I would have read the comments before hand. Now I’m out of $25, because mine popped off somewhere in public and I didn’t notice until I made it home. If I would have known I would’ve super glued it in.

Thank you for your review! We are sorry that you lost your PopGrip, and for the inconvenience, this may have caused you. Please note if the base came off as well: PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky and most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick as well to silicone, highly textured, as many soft cases on the market. They also will not adhere as well to iPhone 11 and up models or the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case. Not recommended to stick to leather or fabric/textile cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base. The gel does not stick "as well" with naked iPhones. While it does stick adequately to a naked base model (and sometimes to Pro/Pro Max depending on circumstances), it will not stick "as well" as if you used a suitable case. Not Sticking: If your PopSockets product is no longer sticking, follow the steps below to reactivate the adhesive gel on your PopSockets product: Step 1: Give your PopSockets gel a quick rinse. Step 2: Let it air dry for 10 minutes. Do not leave it out any longer, this will cause the adhesive gel to dry out entirely. Step 3: Stick your PopSockets product back onto your phone, and let it sit for a few hours before engaging it again. This will ensure a stronghold. If just the Top came off then the top might have not been swapped correctly. To swap a PopGrip, simply close the grip flat, press down on the top, and twist it 90 degrees to remove the PopTop, then line up and attach a new PopTop by pushing down and twisting 90 degrees again; our PopGrips have swappable tops, allowing you to change the style or design whenever you want. The colors used inside are absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I love the feel of the squishness. Ordered 2 of them. One is perfect, that one was shipped. The other has a huge thumb impring & box was all crushed. That one was Drive up store pickup. Target employees(in store Shoppers) need better training. Im always getting broken or used items & then it is put on me to return or exchange by getting out again to go back to the store. Irritating.

Have to say the concept is cute and ears help keep phone more upright than a normal pop socket, but that’s about it! Ears are constantly getting in the way of photos, ruining the pic if not moved out of the way before the photo op has passed! Super annoying! Then you have the fact that the pop socket falls off all of the time!!! Leaving your phone falling on the ground risking shattering your phone, and losing your $30 pop socket! Save your money until they figure out how to get rid of these issues! Pop socket $30 for all these issues? Do better! Why is zero stars not an option?

I have a large well rounded collection of cases and grips. I was so excited to see if the new Minnie Mouse would stay attached but it's just like the first one I purchased. Absolutely beautiful but that shape will not stay on a phone. It is not a user error. It's the product 😫

So it is absolutely 100% adorable HOWEVER, I didn't realize the actual tidepool part is like squishy haha I had a different tidepool one and the whole thing was hard, this is not. Still love it though!

I LOVE IT because it’s adorable and the Tidepool Squish is 🤌🏼! There isn’t anything i dislike about it. Everyone who says it comes off and they lose it, they’re not doing it right lol. I’ve had mine for a month or two and haven’t lost it yet. It maybe came off once and that was my doing.
It pops off all the time.

I should’ve read the reviews first. It does come off easily. I think it’s the size and shape making it easy to twist and unlock in your pocket. I’m currently looking for mine because it fell off at some point last night in my house. So annoying.

This PopSocket sucks. The ears constantly fell out. Idk if all of the swappable top ones do that. This is my first time buying that kind. But wow it’s annoying.

I want to LOVE this pop socket because it’s adorable! However, it falls off constantly… I’ve had several pop sockets and never had this problem before. I don’t know if it’s the size that allows it to unlock and fall out easier or what.
