A: To swap a PopGrip top, also known as a PopTop, you can try these steps: Close the PopGrip flat Press down and turn it 90° in any direction You should hear a click, which means the top has released from the base Remove the PopTop Place a new PopTop into the base and turn it another 90°

Gently slide any of these items underneath the base of your PopGrip. This will help the bonds of the adhesive gel break down without damaging the grip, your case, or your phone. You may notice a small amount of gel residue remains stuck to your phone or case. Don’t worry - our new gel is just really strong! Clean-up is a breeze. Apply a small amount of rubbing alcohol to the area, let it sit for 60 seconds, then wipe your phone or case’s surface clean with a cloth. Works great for me! I got nervous with the reviews after reading all the reviews saying it falls off. I personally have NOT had that issue once and I’m constantly fidgeting with it. Let the sticky piece just set for a little while before you start messing with it. Usually, I just slide all my cards up and pick the one I need pretty easily If you need to remove the wallet just make sure it’s clicking into place. You’ll hear the click. Does what it needs to do and is functional.

Adhesive fails, dropping phone as result

The adhesive won’t stick to the back of the phone after multiple days. I had an old version of this exact same wallet that stuck with excellent adhesive to the back of the phone. I’m worried of damage my phone with this as I dropped the phone several times because I’ve held the pop socket and the case on the phone has detached.

While I love my popsockets, and the wallet, I've had to replace the sticky part four times on my phone now. It will only last so long and then it starts to twist, and then it doesn't take long and it's coming off my phone. I would love to do the mag safe, however I have I have an s22 ultra and you only make them for iPhones. As much as I love my popsockets and the wallet, I guess I'm going to be looking for a new case with a wallet on it elsewhere.

Nixie colors! However when I try to remove my cards from the sleeve, the sleeve itself separates from the attachment piece. Can hold about 5 cards.

Bought this popwallet+ 39 days ago and I love the advertised function (being able to keep a few cards on my phone with easy access, and a popsocket for easier phone holding) but I am having trouble with the grip/adhesive on the wallet. In the past 39 days the cover has slid off of my cover 5 times, at least. That is not secure as my phone could fall while I am holding onto it and the wallet could get lost since it is so easily detached from my phone.

This is our second Pop-Wallet. The "pop" stand broke off the first one, but that was after over 2 years of heavy use. I wish we could give this one 5 stars but can't. Can only fit 3 thick cards in it easily. The old one would hold 5 thick cards. Depending on where I'm headed, 3 is not enough. Not very happy with the reduced capacity.

When I first got the popwallet I loved it. It was super convenient and perfect for my needs, however the white piece underneath that holds the actual popsocket has since broken which is very frustrating as I expected that my popsocket product would be reliable. If you don’t mind having to buy a new one every so often I would recommend but if you want something that will last, this popwallet+ is not it.
