A: The cord is to recharge. The lamp isn’t cordless and turns on/off and allows for brightness at the top w a touch: for me lasted for far longer than the eight hours from a single charge.

The third tough gives off both a cool and warm light combination. The fourth touch turns the lamp off. To adjust the brightness of the lamp, press and hold the touch sensor. Q: Bought this lamp two weeks ago. It no longer stays on. When tap the top to turn it on it only stays on for 5 seconds. it is fully charged. the ability to dim it ha never worked. Is this fixable?

Two different size lamps can with different lighting values. One was much dimmer even when full charged. One stopped working after 5 minutes. The finish was poor and they were bent and flimsy. I had high hopes bc I bought them in black last Spring and they were great!

Doesn’t function. It’s very cute, looks high end and feels heavy. I like the different light colors, but it doesn’t stay on (which is the most basic function a lamp should have). I’ve charged it overnight for days and it doesn’t stay on for more than 10 seconds. I’m getting a replacement, hoping that works.

Cute, portable lamp that was ok to begin with. The touch on/off/color adjustment often took several touches before the next action occurred. Now it doesn’t recognize any touch after just two months of use.

I’ve had two of these for over a year and they are great! I charge them until the white light is on during the day and run them in the evenings, or use them on my patio table at night. I love the three different lighting options. I wish there were more color options as I would like a few in black too!

Extremely disappointed. Light will illuminate for a min or two with a full charge. Annoying and a VERY EXPENSIVE ! This was a mothers day gift. Avoid, terrible quality.

Bought two and have been rotating using them. Love the fact they have three light functions and are so easy to operate. Too bad there will be no way to replace light or battery when they reach end of life. Love the way they look and did NOT have them shipped since Target packaging for shipping sometimes leaves something to be desired.

First of all, I love (d) this table lamp. Unfortunately, it only worked for about 3 months and then it stopped charging. Once that happens, the lamp is basically trash because you can't replace any parts. I reached out to GEMS support and they requested a receipt. Who keeps a receipt for an item that is less than $50 and works for a couple of months? I think I threw away the receipt after about 2 weeks of it working fine. I replied to GEMS with this information and they never replied back. All I would like is to exchange the lamp. I am not even asking for money back. Surely the lamp should last longer than 3 months?

Light has two settings, warm or bright white. The charge is a little light, after 3 months my lamp stopped charging. It’s a usb-c which is a great standard plug, calling customer service for replacement, the lamp comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
