A: Hi - no, this lamp has a socket that will take up to a 150 watt bulb, but it is not a 3-way bulb socket. However, you could use a line cord dimmer with this lamp which would allow you to easily control the light output. Thank you for your question.

Perfect lamps for beachy home
I ordered these for my Florida home. I did not fully read the description and missed that it is an oval lamp and shade, but I actually love that! It is less bulky on my side table now. The glaze is beautiful and the clear acrylic base and finial compliment the ceramic beautifully. The shade is the perfect slightly off white color I was looking for.

this lamp is not only large, it gives off a high class, expensive piece feel it. very high quality. Looks exactly as the pics online do. The ceramic base is royal / true blue mixed with a light teal blue, and then an antique brown around the raised edges. Large lamp, bright white lamp shade. Very pleased, definitely recommend.

Very attractive even with some imperfections
We purchased a pair which now headline the lighting in our great room. One of the lamps has some slight crazing near the base, but not enough to be noticeable to casual observation. The type of shade could be slightly lower to add balance, but that's minor. The lamps look just like those in the pictures.though the "knots" in the ceramic finish are a bit more pronounced in low light..
