BEWARE, the USB ports ONLY work when the light is on. I purchased this for my nightstand thinking my cellphone would charge during the night; however, it did not!! Unfortunately, the ports go off when you turn off the light. I am completely disappointed. Next morning, I turned on the light and my cellphone started to charge. Lamps Plus should add this disclaimer to the specifications so potential buyers know this before purchasing.
