Possini Euro Design Lighting on the Square Modern Wall Light Bronze Hardwire 37" 5-Light Fixture Opal Glass Shade for Bedroom Bathroom Vanity Home

This was difficult to install - some of the blame is specific to our situation, some on the frustrating design of this fixture. Our old vanity light had no electrical box in the wall - just a wire sticking out (common in tract homes). This fixture is ~10lbs - too heavy to add an "old work" box that clamps onto the drywall. So, I had to open up the drywall, and install a box on a stud. Then, the metal plate included with the fixture didn't line up with the correct holes in the electrical box, so there was some creative engineering to remedy that. Now, onto the aggravating features of this fixture: the fixture attaches to the flat metal plate with four tiny screws that come in from the sides and are difficult to get at with a screwdriver. Took a long time to get them all in. Then, the lamp shades come with these metal sleeves (see photo) that don't fit into the top of the shades properly, and don't even look like the instructions show. Ultimately, we didn't use them. The shades are pretty narrow, so if you have big hands, it's hard to screw the retaining nuts and the light bulbs in. In the end, it's a nice looking light, but I probably wouldn't have picked it if I knew how hard it was going to be to install.

I called customer service to get replacement globes, which are being shipped. Quality control is non-existent for the glass on Possini fixtures! The globe surfaces are concave and the glass thickness is erratic. The top of globes, where they attach to the fixture, look like the glass slumped before it cooled properly. The metalwork is just adequate. Poor placement for two of the base screws a required a short screwdriver with a skinny handle to install. One hole drilled into the back to bend wires on the corners was drilled too close to the edge of the metal tubing creating a slight imperfection. I will send it back if the new globes aren't any better. I ordered Possini sconces for another bathroom that I wrote a separate 3-star review for. I would not purchase another Possini product. Pros: Great Illumination, Attractive Design Cons: Poor Glass Quality, Poor Engineering

Looks kind of cheap due to the finish ...just a brown color rather than bronze. When we mounted the light to the wall it wasn’t flush due to the metal being bent. Returned.

The looks for good however the quality is so so. Two of the covers for the lightbulbs had problems one was broken and the other one would not hold the lightbulb it was too narrow for the bulb to fit in. However I do have to add that there was no problem with them sending replacement parts

Very nice. We wanted something that was not just like everything else (I.e., not what you can find at the big box home-improvement stores). This one fit the bill! Wish it came in other colors though; such pewter

This oil rubbed bronze bathroom light is modern looking and looks great in my new master bathroom! It is also made well and I would recommend this light fixture. It also comes in different sizes.

Lots of light and great style. I mounted mine on a piece of cherry wood to match the vanity. That hid the fact that the electrical box was not centered over the vanity, and it greatly upped the style factor.
