I bought two of these ceiling lamp fixtures and really like them (and everyone who’s seen them compliments them). But be aware that the color doesn’t look like the photo on the Web. When the light is off, the shade looks white (in the photo there’s a pale peach cast to the color) and when the light is on, the ribs supporting the fabric and the folds in the fabric look dark gray (the rest of the fabric looks white). The fixtures also look much larger than I envisioned and my bedrooms are very small with low ceilings. For that reason only I will likely replace them when I find replacements that I like as much as these.

The shade is NOT an IVORY color as pictured. It is actually stark WHITE. While the shade appears to be well made, if one is purchasing to accompany a certain decor, they will be very disappointed. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED and the misleading advertisement.

I bought this light for my bedroom and it's very understated, as I intended. It hugs the ceiling quite closely and puts out a decent diffused light. It could be brighter with a different LED light. It's a whiter shade when the light is off.

This is a beautiful and unique fixture -- it really has a heavenly look! Even my sons were taken with it. The light is a diffuse white light, yet strong enough to light a fairly spacious bedroom.

the shade is beautiful and well made but it is not off white nor beige like it is in the picture, its nearly white so I had to return it, but very well made

This light is a pure white color, and looks more gray than cream in my room (with blue grey walls). It was very easy to install and looks great!

We converted a small bedroom (10 x 11) to a ballet studio and installed this unique and beautiful light. Everyone who has seen it has commented about it's lovely presence in this studio.It goes perfectly well with the long, flowing, light gauze white curtains in the room. Definately a show stopper.
