I wasn’t sure how this would taste, but was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. It wasn’t dry at all. Great value for our Thanksgiving meal.

It was so tough we had to use a steak knife to cut this turkey. Very disappointed and embarrassed to serve it to my family. At least I make great sides.
Terrible turkey - what happened to the boneless frozen one Target had for yeara?

Really unhappy with this turkey. I used to buy the frozen, boneless breast that was seasoned, marinated and easy to prepare (literally, put it in the oven, the end). You could hardly find one they were so popular - not sure why the change. This turkey was awful. Dry, chewy, just terrible. I've cooked many a turkey in my life and this has to be the worst. It also claims to be marinated - with what I'm not sure because it was flavorless. We did put some salt and pepper on it but it didn't help. If this product is still around next year, I'm skipping it and think you should too. I'll find something else for my family to eat. What a disappointment from the G&G brand.

This turkey came out so tough. I've never had a turkey come out like this. It was very disappointing for my family to eat "this" on Thanksgiving. I didn't have a ham backup or anything. I literally want to throw the turkey leftovers in the trash. I want my $18 back.

I have no idea what this turkey did or ate before its demise. But this was the worst turkey I have ever cooked. It smelled great while cooking, but it had no flavor. It was rubberize; nasty. All my hard work and no one had seconds. And I do not blame them. I made the first comment and EVERYONE concured. I want a refund.

I took a chance on this turkey because I love the Good & Gather brand, and the price was right. This was by far the worst turkey I have ever made for my family. Once defrosted it look like skin and bones. After cooking the texture was chewy and almost rubbery. Not good at all!

This turkey turned out great! I was happy to find a turkey for such a low price, only about $16 for 20 pounds. my family loved it for Thanksgiving! It took about 6 days to thaw in the fridge. The meat was great and didn't have any weird texture or taste. Would definitely buy again! It was my first time making a turkey and it went very well!

The Turkey tasted different. It didn’t taste like a normal Turkey at all. It was almost like powder was mixed into the meat. I ended up throwing it away because no one would it. I usually like everything from Target’s line, but this was horrible.

It was really good. I enjoyed it so much that I’m buying a second one to cook up and put in the freezer
Misleading quality

We bought a 24.75 lb. turkey for Thanksgiving. It was terrible quality, meat was tough, over abundance of gelatin around the meat and thin skin. When cooked it was more like 18 pounds so it wasn't enough.

I was really impressed with this turkey! I love to cook, but didn't manage to get my hands on a fresh turkey this year. This one cooked beautifully, was juicy, and didn't have a goofy taste from the added ingredients like some turkeys can. It was the best turkey I've ever cooked, and I plan to get another next year!

I have been roasting turkeys for my family for 40+ years, and have never had a bad experience. It's always been delicious wherever I purchased it. However, the Good and Gather turkey I roasted yesterday was almost inedible. Normally our turkey is a melt-in-your-mouth experience, with everyone wanting leftovers, but this turkey was tough and chewy, like it was an old turkey. I am trying to forget that I spent a day creating a meal around it. I didn't realize when I purchased it that there was a gravy packet, and though there were no ingredients listed, I thought I'd take a chance and use it. It was horribly salty and artificial. A Thanksgiving to remember for all the wrong reasons.
