    Egyptian towels

    These Towels were very thin. I know they were on sale but even sale price was way too much for these towels. I called & wanted to return them because they were not of good quality. I was told not to worry about returning them, I could use them or give them away, but they would credit my account. That did NOT happen. I was charged. I would have rather returned them than to be charge. I did donate them to a pet shelter. If you want a super thin towel these would work, but not for a good bath towel

    Terrible towels

    I ordered a 2-pk of towels described as 'burgundy' but the color was between hot pink and red. I was willing to live with this, even though they clashed with the rest of my decor, so I washed and used them. They are not absorbent at all and left my body covered in pink/red lint! These are the worst towels I have ever used and now I can't return them for a refund because they are used. I will try to donate them to an animal shelter and consider it a $50 donation.

    Not exactly what I was expecting

    These towels are soft and the banding didn't shrink down too much causing a puckered appearance. For the price it is what I would have expected in weight and softness. My complaint is that after at least 10 washing, the towels are still sheding lint to an extreme degree. Not only is the dryer lint filter filled with lint, my bathroom is covered in white fuzz. I'm expecting that after another 20 washes there will be nothing left of the towel. Needless to say, I've never experienced anything like this.

    Great at first but then...

    Purchased in Jun 2023, these are less than two years old. They get used two weeks per month and washed twice per month. Two of the four face cloths are falling apart. And all of them feel scratchy. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

    Thin and cheap

    Perhaps the product has changed since earlier reviews were written. I received these today and can confirm that the words "Heavyweight," "Plush," and "Luxury" should be removed from the description because they are misleading. I am not a picky person with towels but was surprised to find these to be thin and flimsy. I have not tried them after a shower yet, so will have to see if "Highly-Absorbent" should be removed from the description too. They feel cheap and should have cost half the price. Stay away if you are looking for plush towels.

    Love this brand!

    I order the 700 to 1000 thread Egyptian cotton sheets. They are stellar. Everyone raves about them! They are well made, soft, deep corners and last forever if you follow the care directions. I've paid 2-3X what these sell for and these are nicer.

    These are not good towels. I put these into the washer prior to the first use and they immediately started pilling. These are NOT worth the cost. They are also not as soft and have a chemical smell out of the bag.

    Great Weight

    Bought these for our 3 guest baths. They are similar to the ones I bought for the master except not quite as dense. Great quality. Color was nice too. Since they are egyptian cotton, I was and dry them on low heat. If they are not quite dry I hang them up before folding. I find thst keeps them super soft, fluffy and absorbent. Best value in the marketplace.

    Quality Diminished?

    When I first ordered these towels about 7 years ago, these were, hands-down, the absolute best bath towels I'd ever used anywhere. Today and a few orders later, however, I've definitely noticed a decline in quality. The feel of these towels is half-as-plush as it used to be. Additionally, with my most recent purchase of these towels, they are starting to fray along the edges. Not sure if there have been any changes to production, but please return back to your previous standard!
