Q: Has this been reformulated?
A: It has different ingredients than the product on their website. This one has Ethanoic Acid and the product on the website has Disodium Phosphate.

Q: Why does it smell like pool chlorine
A: It’s normal for hypochlorous sprays to smell like pool chlorine.

Q: Muriatic Acid is not safe for the skin. Why is it in this formula
A: Our development team constantly look for ways to improve efficacy and stability of our formulas utilizing the safest and most advanced ingredient technologies available wherever possible. The concentration of muriatic acid (also known as hydrochloric acid) is very small and diluted in this solution. When added to the hypochlorous acid solution, its main function is to maintain the proper pH and HOCI ppm strength for maximum efficacy due to HOCI's high potential for oxidation. Q: Is this safe to use for eyes?
A: Yes, we tested this product for eye irritation and found it safe for use around the eyes, but do not spray directly in the eyes. Rinse well as needed.

Q: Has this been reformulated again? Muriatic acid is listed in the ingredients now! Should I be concerned about putting muriatic acid on my face?!
A: Our apologies for the confusion. Based on customer responses, we reverted back to our original formula but with an enhanced addition. The concentration of muriatic acid is very small and diluted in this solution to provide a longer shelf life and period of use after opening for our customers. It's been thoroughly safety tested for use on all skin types and will not impact your experience.
