Universal Skin Solution hypochlorous acid spray is a superoxidized solution formulated with pure, stabilized hypochlorous acid, electrolyzed water and soothing mineral concentrate that purifies, calms and alleviates reactive, sensitized and/or compromised skin. Formulated for use on the face and body.
HOW TO USE

A: It has different ingredients than the product on their website. This one has Ethanoic Acid and the product on the website has Disodium Phosphate.

A: Our development team constantly look for ways to improve efficacy and stability of our formulas utilizing the safest and most advanced ingredient technologies available wherever possible. The concentration of muriatic acid (also known as hydrochloric acid) is very small and diluted in this solution. When added to the hypochlorous acid solution, its main function is to maintain the proper pH and HOCI ppm strength for maximum efficacy due to HOCI's high potential for oxidation. A: Yes, we tested this product for eye irritation and found it safe for use around the eyes, but do not spray directly in the eyes. Rinse well as needed.

A: Our apologies for the confusion. Based on customer responses, we reverted back to our original formula but with an enhanced addition. The concentration of muriatic acid is very small and diluted in this solution to provide a longer shelf life and period of use after opening for our customers. It's been thoroughly safety tested for use on all skin types and will not impact your experience.

I love the product itself and it makes my skin feel great. But, I’ve repurchased 2 times and both times the sprayer/pump broke and makes it very difficult and sometimes impossible to get the product out. Having to dump product out onto a cotton pad defeats the purpose or how quick and easy it should be to use.

I’m sure the spray solution is good and would work great. I bought it to use after the gym on my way home since it’s about a 30 min drive. Unfortunately my sprayer stopped working and I’ve tried everything to fix it. It’s not clogged, just broke somehow. By now I can’t return it so it’s just a waste of money. I could buy another spray bottle, but I shouldn’t have to.

I used to like this product until they changed their ingredients. It now contains muriatic acid.. which is not safe for skin, look it up. I had no idea about this until I checked the back of the bottle because it caused severe eye irritation. Also when I unscrewed the cap it had rust forming in it.. will never use this again

I bought this product earlier this month and unfortunately the sprayer is faulty and does not work, it won’t mist the spray. I’ve tried reaching out but haven’t received a response. I really enjoyed this product when I purchased previously very soothing and a great on the go/gym bag spray. Idk if this is a one time issue or a manufacturing flaw.

I can’t comment on its efficacy yet, but using this spray feels like getting bleached sprayed onto your face. I have to brace myself before I use it and it’s such an unpleasant experience. They really should provide a fragranced option, this is even worse than vitamin C serums that smell like hotdogs.

This product, guys. Idk what to tell ya other than it is my saving grace. I am so good with my skin care routine, washing pillow cases, using acne-safe products. I had a really bad random bout of cystic acne for a few months that even stumped my esthetician. This stuff right hear cleared me up and calmed my skin down. Now I am attached to it and if they ever discontinue this product I will be unwell.

Loving the universal skin solution. I had been wanting to order this for a while but I was skeptical to do so based on some TikTok content I saw stating formula was constantly changing and since I’m highly sensitive to products I had some concerns. Well I ordered the mini and loved it so much and how it makes my skin feel that I ordered the big version and I’m already in the works to order 2 more backups.
