I didn't know how bad I needed this
I love this probiotic. After a gall bladder surgery in 2021, my GI tract was never the same. I think food passed slower through my body, so I had a BM about every 4 DAYS! My doctor said it could be normal and that my tract is just slower than others, so I dealt with it. I randomly got this probiotic this week from target and decided to start taking it. I’m happy to say I have had a BM everyday, which is a straight up miracle. I recommend this.

Pills break easily
The packaging of these pills is terrible. I took one out of the foil and all the powder from the pill leaked onto my hand. I tried a couple more and it’s so bad every single one broke open. I don’t even know how great the product is because I couldn’t get one to stay unbroken. I guess back to Culterelle because that never happened with those.

I stopped eating a low carb diet and my body was so used to all of that fat, not fruit/grains. I felt so miserable. I bought this probiotic & took it in the parking lot. By the time I got home, I went to the bathroom. I didn’t have cramps either. It was just normal. My gut must have been off.
