I bought this item 3 weeks ago and the only issue was only the antlers. It wouldn't stay straight but we ignored that.After a couple of days, it started making a sound and now it’s not working at all. I sent a email and never got a response back.

Very easy to assemble and it looks amazing. The options to change the lights and motion is FABULOUS. It looks beautiful both inside and outside. Was very surprised by how nice the fiber optics looked too. Very classy looking. Loved it soo much wanted to keep it inside so I can see it all the time ...Looks great by my fireplace.
