[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does what it’s designed for but not wholly effective. The magnet is large but not strong enough. The whole thing comes off when you tug to tear the paper towel off the roll. The metal bar is too flimsy for the paper towel. I have the other one with a wooden bar. Works much better than this one.

In retrospect, whati needed was a paper towel DISPENSER, not just a paper towel HOLDER. This product was easy to install (we attached it with screws) and looks nice, but it’s just so flimsy - you can’t actually rip a paper towel off with one hand or the metal bends. So you have to hold the paper towel roll with one hand and pull a paper towel off with the other. We’ve only had it a few days and I’ve already had to bend the metal back into position a couple of times. I suspect I’ll be buying something else to replace it within a month.

Did not like the design. Arrived in damaged packing and device was bent and discolored.

Works great, it doesn't stick to the bottom of my stainless steel shelves in the kitchen, so I adhered it to my fridge. No complaints.

Before getting this paper towel holder, our household roll of paper towel sat on our countertop and was constantly moved around the kitchen area. I installed the paper towel holder inside of our kitchen cabinet door and it a perfect fit for the space. Our paper towel roll now has a designated spot in the kitchen, it works great, looks great and it is concealed. We are pleased with how much more open and clean our kitchen looks now that we don’t have the roll sitting on the counter. We love having the option to place it on our fridge thanks to the magnetic strip. If you’re looking for a sleek, versatile, space saving paper towel holder, this is a fantastic choice!

finally can have paper towels off the counter and still easily accessible. i never really liked counter top paper towel holders since counter space is a hot commodity. simple and effective, stuck it right on the fridge!
