    Comfortable Boots

    Comfortable boot

    I decided to purchase these even with all of the negative reviews. Have owned them for about a month and so far they are solid. I gave 4 stars because I feel like the “craftsmanship” could be a little better. You can see the glue in some parts on the boot and it looks kinda janky. I will say that I’m a little upset because they market this boot as made in USA but come to find out it’s made in Puerto Rico. I personally don’t think you should be able to market something as Berry Compliant if it’s not made in the states.

    Great quality boots

    I bought these boots a month ago and they’re great. They’re comfortable and the steel toe element is something you can trust. The only downside is the sizing. I normally wear an 11.5, I purchased an 11 and it had a bit more room in the front but it’s not too big. I could’ve ordered a half size down but I’d be afraid they’d be too small. I suggest wearing a half size smaller than your normal size.

    Terrible Blisters

    Im giving two stars because they absolutely destroyed my heels with blisters to the point I couldn't walk. The rubber sole is so stiff and rigid they don't flex at all when you walk. Because of that you lift all of the weight with your heel, feels like walking on a 2 by 4 plank. Additionally, the ankle is way too wide. Even when as tight as possible they didnt grip my leg. These do not fit at all for people with big feet but not big legs. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because they seem good quality/sturdy, just poorly designed.

    Why no sz 11?

    My granddaughter and her husband are both Corpsman in the U.S. Navy. They requested these boots for Christmas as they are a required part of their uniform. They were thrilled that we bought them for them. I was disappointed that the boots they selected are not in size 11... the boots we ordered for him appeared to be the same boots but were much more expensive...just to get a size 11. No wonder they asked for them for Christmas... they couldn't afford to buy 2 pair!

    I’ve worn these boots for 9 months and the thread and glue holding the soles to the boots have come undone. The tread on the bottom of the soles has worn excessively fast as well. I will not purchase another pair

    Do not recommend

    I’ve had mine for a year and I thought they would be better once they were broken in but they’re just as bad as when I got them. Really hard and the top is very uncomfortable on the top of my foot, even with boot socks on.

    second set. would buy again

    second set of these boots, best i have ever had. water resistance is not what i would have liked long term even with treatment to slow it down. so be aware. i use custom made inserts for my arch and have no issues. when new i don't need them at all FYI but over 3 years they do need that support as that does wear out. the boot after three years no rips or tears, no breaks in the rubber. even the boot straps are in great condition. i will say i have shifted to the Reebok brand boot and they are both very comparable new to new. but i give it to rocky for now as they are my go too for work at this time.

    Great boot, not very durable for industry I’m in

    I work in the oil and gas industry,(Hydraulic Fracturing) and I’ve been buying the boots for the past 5 years. Never fails the sole on the inside of the boot gives out between 5-7 months. I prioritize by feet so despite that, I will continue to buy a new pair every few months because I haven’t found a better work boot for the job I do. It’s comfortable and I’ve had 300 pounds of iron dropped on my toes so I know is safe and you can’t beat the traction it provides out here.

    Great boots

    They’re good boots, do the job very well and good material. I use it for work every day and it’s already peeling off on the steel toes and also it would be nice it comes anti-slip. Still keep buying them! I already own 3 pairs.

    Fan for years

    Started out using them in the service because they were far more comfortable than the boots issued to us, fell in love with them ever since. Still use them as work boots on the outside now, just added my personal insole and they’re even better. 5/5

    American built version is better

    I bought the composite toe non American made ones a few years ago. They came apart at heel seems. Terrible. After years of swearing off Rocky’s I bought a pair of American made steel toes. I’vd only had them a few weeks and they seem fine. I’m curious how long the stitching will last.
