Do not take the chance of having an item shipped to you. Target will not help you much if the package is delivered to the wrong address. And expect you to do the work to find out what happened. Looks lke target doesn't really care about their customers. Great customer serivce, all they say is sorry we understnad its frustrating but oh well. First photo upladed is where the package was delivered, second photo is my front door.

It's gets them warm not hot. Great for a robe and a towel. Just need to put them in there about 15-20 minutes before you take your shower. Eventually you will get tired of pre warming your towels and robes. It's usually on the floor or counter so it does get in the way. You are better off getting the wall mounted racks like you see in hotels. It will look better in your bathroom and if you never use it again, at least you will have a nice wall mounted rack instead of a garbage can looking towel warmer. These were like the cabbage patch dolls for the wives in 2024.

We love our towel warmer, and it fits well in our bathroom without standing out like a sore thumb. It's great quality, looks sleek/inconspicuous, and we utilize it quite frequently. Note: after plenty of uses, the power symbol printed on the button has come off, but still functional!

I got this towel heater to match my bathroom and give it a spa look , I loved the wood color in the picture , it has the wood lines although is plastic , when I got the product it was plain plastic and has a cream color , is not even a cute wood brown and it doesn’t have the wood lines . It looks very ugly …. I hate it . And it doesn’t have a timer .

The one thing I never knew I needed!
I received this as a Christmas gift from my daughter. Put my towel inside just before I began my shower. I took it out when I finished my shower and it was the best feeling ever! So warm and cozy! Esp when the temps are low! I've had it for about 2 years now and it's still going strong! I never knew there was a place to hold a fragrance disk so that's my next venture!

Don't waste your money
The color is ugly. I thought it was a wood finish on the handles but it is just orange. It doesn't heat the towels good. Only little parts of the towels get warm

I use it in my bathroom but I store it in my bedroom. I heat my robe every morning before I get out of bed. I heat my towels and my clothes I'm wearing after my nightly shower. I Love this towel warmer. Purchased 3 more for my friends! They too are very pleased. This is a great product so far. Such a wonderful pampering feeling to use warm towels in the winter.

You are limited as to what can go in. No polyester which some pjs have and some throws. I cannot see two Bath towels going into my costway warmer. I out in a soft cotton bath towel and it did get nicely warm but felt rough not soft. It has three prongs also.

Works best for soft towel
I love the design at first as it is simple. The process is quite simple with the surfaces are being heated while the towel is inside so it gets warmer gradually. It comes with only one button which is on/off and two signal buttons which are heating and surface is hot or not. I tried every size of towels to see how long it would take and how well would this towel warmer work. My conclusion is that this one works best for light towel so no matter how long the towel is, the less thick it is, the more dry the towel would be. I love using this as it is so much quicker than a dryer while less effort. I tried using a thick towel but it would not help as when the surface is super hot, it will automatically stop which leaves the towel moisturized and not even dry outside. I don't use quite thick towels so that won't hurt me really. A quick recommendation is insert a scent paper for scent of course and sanity.

I really like it, its very cute to put in the bathroom and does a semi great job, if you place one towel in it does not heat up, if you place two in only the top one will heat if you place 3 in than the middle and the top will heat. I wish it heated just one or two, but other than that works great!

It was purchased for my child and she started to get really upset after taking a bath because she was cold so I bought this towel warmer. I started putting her bath towels and blankets in at night and it worked really well. I plan to buy one for me and my husband eventually, but it's summer, so it's not necessary for now. It can also heat anything quickly and easily. Love this towel warmer!
