  • A: Hello, Our wood furniture is finished with a lacquer top coat, which adds to its beauty and helps preserve the color. No wood or wood finish is indestructible, so you must perform regular care and maintenance. We do have a few recommendations. Clean up spills immediately – all liquids will damage lacquer finishes. Never use cleaners that contain ammonia, abrasives, silicones or acetone. These chemicals will damage the lacquer finishes. Avoid placing rubber or plastic on wood furniture, as their ingredients can react with lacquer finishes. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading. Best regards,

Very disappointed

The table screw holes didn’t lineup and damaged in some places. Also very upset with the color! It is not natural wood color but pink/orangish. Believe this stain was incorrectly used. Also rough edges which is going to snag clothes! But no way we can take it all apart to return. Very disappointed

No tools in box

Very sad my table did not come with tools needed to put it together. When I contacted customer service by chat I was left hanging for 30 minutes then received an e-mail that said I will need to wait up to two business days for a response. This is unacceptable.

Thank you for your feedback! We understand how the wood grain can catch crumbs and dust. A soft brush or microfiber cloth works really well for keeping it clean between regular wipe-downs.

Nice and sturdy table. Instruction are ok some screws are difficult to screw. Its like they are a little short so with the spacer they dont reach. So i have one of the top plank that is not as smooth as the other one. I may try again but its a process. A LOT OF SCREWS!

Poor, cheap quality with ""fake grooved"" top

Don't let the reviews fool you. This is a VERY poorly made table with fake wood top with fake grooves in it. The top ""chipped off"" in various locations. We have 3 sets of different kitchen chairs to try with this table and NONE of them fit between the legs at the ends of the table. It's like you need a children's chair with no width to it to fit. Really shocked by the poor quality from Plank + Beam on this one.

The table is not exact! Uneven areas.

I love the color of the table. One of the top panels was a little warped. Disappointed that the table top is not completely level. Some of the connections are a little longer than other ones.

I've never heard of this company, but the design and other reviews persuaded me to purchase this table. It was the best purchase!! it's very sleek and gorgeous and it's very sturdy. The chairs are very comfortable as well. . if you're looking for a table, definitely choose this company
