I believe it has prevented tingling in my feet at night which I have had for years. I wish it were in tablet form though because I have to cut the capsule in half and mix the powder with yogurt-I hate to swallow pills that large.

Bone health

I found that I needed to have extra magnesium to improve bone flexibility/health. This product provides good sources of magnesium at a reasonable price.
