    Nice Kitchen BUT Emits Volatile Organic Compounds That Can Be Harmful

    Just put this kitchen together and my daughter loves it, especially the stove button/sound feature. BUT!!!!!! When putting this item together, within the first 30 minutes my throat became raw, irritated, and burned from the fumes coming off of the product. My guess is they treated the MDF boards with formaldehyde, regardless the chemical/fumes/VOCs, BURNED MY THROAT for two days and from that I got a serious sinus infection (yes, i put it together in a well ventalated area). On top of that, it's been a week and the whole play kitchen is still off-gassing harmful fumes/VOCs. I've placed the kitchen outside in the open air/sun for days, and then back in my garage to air out, but the fumes are still there and are STRONG. I read that it might take months to YEARS to completely off-gass the fumes. Not sure what to do since I've already put the thing together and it's quite large, but I will definitely not bring it into my house or let my child play with it until or IF all the fumes are gone. Long story short, it's a nice kitchen set but NOT WORTH getting sick over or having your child be exposed to harmful chemicals.

    Amazing kitchen set

    Took my husband & I about 4 hours total to put together. Definitely recommend having a drill as I can't imagine how much longer it would have taken if we only used a screwdriver.

    Absolutely fantastic kitchen it did take about 2. 5 hours to build however it had very easy instructions to follow this kitchen will last our 3 yr old many many years it's so study and minute building it

    Got this for my almost 2 year old daughter It says it's for 3+ but it seems like a 3 year old would be too tall for it. Assembly was easy if you have past experience with assemblies.

    My daughter loves her kitchen. way better than the plastic kitchens out there. Assembly was time consuming but the instructions were straight forward and everything was laid out well. Would 100% recommend this
