It doesn't help me very much.
I SOOO wanted to love this! But it hasn't had much of an effect on my high anxiety level. I've been stressed by several life events and been in an almost constant state of anxiety. A friend said this formula worked for her, so I gave it a try with high hopes, waiting daily for it arrive. Maybe I simply have too high of a level of stress for anything to help, sadly.

A Gentle Calm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is it possible to bottle up a hug? You wouldn’t think so, but something in this bottle makes me feel better on those hard days, the ones where I just can’t do anything right—the stress is over the top. So a little of my Deep Stress Daily Calm and it’s like a much needed hug. I don’t need to know exactly what it is that makes this formula work but I can say, it works! I would recommend this for those rough times when you need to breathe again.
