This is the Sporti solid black, long hair bun silicone swim cap. This cap fits snug around your head but it has plenty of room for a bun and longer hair. I tried several swim caps and this one is the most comfortable. It keeps the water out to protect your hair which is what I need from a swim cap, along with having plenty of room up top so your scalp does not feel itchy from too tight of a cap with having longer hair. This is the sporti solid long hair bun silicone swim cap. The swim cap is super tight for my head, which made it very difficult to get all of my hair tucked in, even after putting it in a bun. There is extra material bunched in the back around my bun and despite my best efforts I could not get that to go away. The material felt high quality and the price wasn’t too bad either. The Sporti Solid Long Hair Bun Silicone Swim Cap is the best fitting swim cap that I’ve ever worn. I have a very large head and a ton of very thick hair and I have honestly never had a comfortable swim cap, until now. I love the little nubbies inside the swim cap that keep my hair in it’s place. This is a unisex swim cap and one size fits all. It is stretchy but has grips on the lining to help it stay put on your head. The color is bright which will help you find your swimmer in the pool. This cap is being worn my five year old daughter. It fit around the circumference of her head but the extra space for the bun was loose. I think for a race this would be a disadvantage. My daughter has really long hair and often complains that her hair doesn’t all fit in her cap at swim team. I didn’t even know they made caps that give more space for long hair. This works great. It’s really comfortable for her and easy to put on. She has a normal head size for a pre-teen girl, but her hair is thicker, and the cap seems like it would accommodate bigger or smaller heads anyways. There were a few basic color options, but not a ton, so we went with black since there wasn’t a great match for our swim team’s colors. It seems to be good quality that should defintely last through the season, if not longer. I received an incentive to write this review.
