I wanted to love this coat but when it arrived in a vacuumed packed sealed package, I knew there would be an issue. The wrinkles WILL NOT come out! Steaming, pressing, nothing works. And it’s white so you can only try so hard. Waste of time and money. It never should have been packaged/shipped the way it was. The hood looks hideous!
