Q: Is this product actually the one in the picture (older, much better product), or will the newer, darker blue, vastly inferior version of Natural Ice Lip Balm be delivered instead?

  • A: The product should be as pictured unless there is an updated version from the manufacturer. In this case, we will ship what we have in stock of the older version, and once that is gone we will ship the newer version. Best chapstick ever!

Minerva, you can order in bulk on Amazon! That’s what I’ve been doing for many years because I stopped being able to find it. My favorite is the cherry, I love it so much!

The Coolest Ever

This is, literally, the coolest lip balm I've ever used. It's not waxy like ChapStick. The mentholatum provides a ton of relief when your lips have become chapped and helps heal them, too. I go out of my way to find this stuff over all other brands. I keep a tube of it with me at all times.
