Can not digest the hard gelatin capsule.

Have trouble digesting the gelatin capsule. It was awful caused bloating and fullness. Will not take again!

Pricey but worth it

Solgar sells high quality supplements, and this one is good too. Fish is not something that I eat, so I supplement for all the omega vitamins with this.
