Disappointed

I was excited to find chocolate brown hangers that were similar to those purchased from a different manufacturer years ago. One of the boxes never arrived (Did receive a refund).One of the hangers was broken on arrival. Since hanging light weight clothing on them I have lost 3 more hangers. They snap off where the brass connects to the hanger.
